Created the position of artistic director, as well as the value set of a vibrant theme through out the event.  As artistic director for this annual LGBTQ celebration, conceptualized a theme that celebrated Ithaca and its LGBTQ community.  Worked with multiple groups to form a cohesive design for floorplan, decorations, lighting, posters, and shirts.
